Will update nearer the time if further issues as need an update from the venue to see if any cleaning required in between classes.  Please bring some hand sanitizer to do regularly.

Email – LQsalsadundee@gmail.com for places or more info. NOTE : Other 2 classes below are higher level classes and only open to those with experience, please contact teacher in advance to check level to join if new to Latin quarter classes. The class times are slightly reduced as need to collect test and trace details and may be other covid jobs to do in between classes. Please come 5 to 10 min early to register and pay. Will be class pass option of £20 for 6 classes or £4 per class.
There will be options in classes for those who do not wish to change partners and for those who do hopefully but as this is all new we will have to assess partner situation each session if you do not come with one.
Improvers / intermediate Cross body salsa 7.15 – 8pm
Cuban salsa class 8.15 to 9.05pm.  This class will be Cuban partner work only NOT rueda initially.  Also if not enough couples this class may not run, will assess situation in first 2 weeks.  If class does not run thinking to do a Beginners Bachata fusion class instead and an occasional Cuban partnerwork or rueda class for those with experience already.
Any queries please email LQsalsadundee@gmail.com

CANCELLED LATIN QUARTER Tuesday CLASSES & SOCIAL-20th March

15 03 2020
Given the recent change in situation with the Coronavirus, all Latin Quarter tuesday classes (and the Social on 20th March @ The Blackwatch) are cancelled until further notice. This coming week was the last week of the Bachata block so we had planned to do Dominican bachata footwork with no partner work next week to reduce the risks (and non partner footwork in all the 3 classes) but given that the situation has changed (although the government has not yet specified to stop classes) we have decided not to do this next week. We hope everyone stays safe. Will update when we have further guidance.
A further note : I am aware that I owe the people who bought a bachata pass £3.50 refund for the last class, so we will have to work out a way to give this, there are a few possibilities. I was going to start a new beginners salsa block after the Easter holidays from 21st April (ish) if the virus situation depicts can restart. Or I may recover the last bachata class before start these classes, whenever they will restart as could well have to wait until later, we are not sure yet of course. So people can save their passes from the Bachata fusion class to use either for another class in the future, or entry towards a future social, if anyone wants the refund let me know and I will try to get it to you. I will try to email the pass people about this in the next few days and give a few options.
