Salsa Buena fundraising event for Santiago de Cuba – Sat Dec 1st

3 11 2012

Message from Kath : Hurricane Sandy recently hit the city of Santiago de Cuba where we run our dance and music holidays and where many of our clients have spent happy and memorable times over the last 15 years. We are greatly saddened to report that the city was very badly damaged and that there were a number of fatalities in the province due to the hurricane. Many of our friends, homestay hosts and dance and music tutors have experienced extensive damage to their homes and the city has been pretty much paralysed with no electricity or public transport since the hurricane hit it last week.   Join us in supporting the people of Santiago de Cuba!

For those who can´t make it to the event but would like to make a donation, please email Caledonia at info@caledonialanguages.co.uk  and we will provide you with details on how to do so. Event at Barclay Viewforth Church EH10 4HN Edinburgh, Sat DEC 1st, 7pm till midnight.  Full details will be confirmed shortly but please put the date in your diary and spread the word.
