Christmas Charity Social – 17 Dec-  Deaf Hub, Dundee.
7.15-8.15pm – Christmas Cuban Rueda Class ( anyone welcome, including beginners)
8.15-10.30pm- Social latin dancing with Christmas party games

Class £3, Social £3, combo ticket £5. Money raised for Azul Wasi project in Peru- there is now only £247 to raise to hit the £110,000 mark by Christmas. So let’s try !! please pass the word if you can.
There will be a raffle & mince pies & nibbles next tuesday too, donations for raffles always gratefully appreciated.
(The usual beginners salsa class is on too next tuesday- last one at 6.30pm to 7.15pm)

CHARITY MIXED LATIN NIGHT – THIS SATURDAY

This Saturday ! Pass the word please
Latin Quarter and Dundee Salsa are joining forces to bring you a festive Charity Mixed Latin Night at The Gate, Perth Rd, Dundee. Money raised will go to the street children Azul Wasi Project in Peru. The evening begins with an Improver Bachata class at 8pm with Sarah (LQ) and then social dancing until midnight.
Fruit juice, soft drinks and nibbles will be provided and are included with the entry price. There will also be a raffle too. I have some prizes left from donations from the bands night but if anyone would like to donate a few more things, some wine/chocs would be good.  On the 7th, you can bring your own alcohol if you wish. It will be a great evening to start the festive dancing season, anyone welcome. Doors open at 7.45pm. Hope you can make it along on the 7th of December. Please spread the word, thanks.
Bachata class – 8-8.45pm -£4 or with social included £7 ( £5 conc)

LAST WEEK to JOIN the NEW Beginners cross body salsa class at Deaf Hub this tuesday at 6.15pm. £30 for 9 weeks. Come 10 mins early to register if you can, see www.salsadundee.com for details.

LA Style Salsa workshop THIS TUESDAY– with Lorenzo & Sarah.

Lorenzo Milani is a teacher/dancer from Italy
7.15pm @ The Deaf Hub- Tuesday 14th May,  £5, pay on night.
Class suitable for Improver level ( or above) Salsa dancers ( usually 6 to 12 months salsa dance experience) , no beginners please.
 3 week Conversion course – Cross body salsa to Cuban Rueda starting on Tuesday 21st May at 8.15pm at the Deaf hub – £4 per class.   This short course is for anyone who dances at least at improver level Cross body style salsa (or cuban/ rueda) (this is usually around 6 months cross body style or other salsa experience). Not suitable for beginners.
The conversion 3 week course will provide the necessary skills to convert to Cuban salsa technique and Rueda moves to allow people to join the Deaf Hub Improver/ Intermediate Cuban Rueda class ( at 8.15p on tuesdays ) after the 3 week course, if attended in full.
The classes are also suitable for individuals who attend other Cuban dance/ rueda classes as there may be some differences in move names / sequences so the course will allow you to learn enough to join the tuesday Rueda group.   Any queries to LQsalsadundee@gmail.com.
