The current beginners salsa class will continue for a further 5 weeks starting on Tues 1st April at 6.30pm – 7.15pm, at the Deaf Hub, see class page for directions. Course is £4 per class or £15 for a 5 week pass. Class is suitable for those already in the Tuesday beginners class and anyone who has done at least 10 weeks of cross body style salsa classes previously and want to brush up before joining the improvers/ intermediate level class. Anyone new wishing to join class on 1st May should contact sarahbrox@gmail.com to check at right level before joining class.

Charity Ceilidh – 22nd March

Come and join us for a night of music and dancing to support two very special schools with the fabulous combination of Angus Wares, Sandy Brechin and Sandy Mathers at The Friary, Tullideph Road, Dundee, DD2 2PN on 22nd March 2014. (BYOB). The pupils at both Kingspark Special School, Dundee and Manos Unidas Special School, Peru experience a range of challenges, including profound and multiple learning difficulties, behavioural challenges and Autism Spectrum Disorder. By coming to this event you will be supporting both schools to provide specialised resources and promote community learning. Latin Quarter latin social – fri 21st Feb
8 02 2014Latin Quarter social – Friday 21st February, Forthill Sports Club (function suite), Fintry Place, Broughty Ferry, DD5 3BG, see directions below & google map. Doors open at 8pm with a beginners taster salsa class followed by music & dancing till 12 midnight. Entry to social £5/£4 (students), pay on door. Anyone welcome, bring friends & family, no partner necessary. Come & spice up your life with some latin spirit & help raise money for Azul Wasi, home for former street children at the same time. Directions :From bottom road from dundee towards broughty ferry, turn up forthill road , go up hill then take right turn onto Fintry Place, when see scholl on your left turn right down small road, signposted to sports centre on fence, follow road around to right, continue & park.
