On tues 6th Nov, there are no cross body improvers/ intermed or Rueda classes. Beginners Salsa class will be at 6.30pm as normal, followed by a Bachata workshop at 7.15 till 8.15, suitable for all levels including beginners, anyone welcome. After workshop social starts till 10.30pm, anyone welcome. Workshop only £4, social only £3. Workshop & social – £5. All money raised goes to Azul Wasi project as usual. Please pass the word. Bachata workshop – all levels – Tues 5th June @ Tayside Deaf Hub
2 06 2012Bachata workshop at Tayside Deaf Hub for one week only ( instead of Cross body improver/intermed class) suitable for all levels Tues 5th June, 7.15pm -8pm, £3. Money goes to Azul Wasi as usual. Will be quick run through basic step then nice sequence for those who know some bachata already too, including some fancy footwork. Bachata is a very nice latin dance from Dominican republic.
NEW beginners cross body class at 6.30pm, 8 week block starts Tues 5th June too, £30 for 8 week block. Usual Rueda class follows Bachata workshop at 8.05pm, no special workshop next week & usual finish time at 9.30pm.

Latin Quarter charity latin social night – Fri 23rd March

Latin Quarter latin social night – Friday 23rd March @ Tayside Deaf Hub,The Old Mill, 23, Brown St, Dundee DD1 5EF. If you are fairly new to Salsa or latin dancing come along to meet fellow salseros ! Anyone welcome. All money raised goes to the Azul Wasi project in Peru for former street children. Evening will start with a Bachata workshop – all levels, suitable for total beginners & also something for those with Bachata experience. Will also be a salsa taster class too for any newcomers. Pay on the door. £8/£7 (students) entry to LQ and workshop, or £5/£4 (stu) after 9pm, on till 12pm. Will be raffle on eve, donations welcome. Please pass the word & pop a poster up if you can.

14 04 2010Chamber Suite classes will change from Tue to Wed eve next week ( 21st April) for one week only.
Improvers Bachata class-6.30pm, open for anyone with basic bachata experience £3. Next block of 8 sessions will concentrate on developing Styling & more complicated moves. Rueda & Cross body classes at usual times.
