7.15pm @ The Deaf Hub- Tuesday 12th May,  £5, pay on night.
This class is aimed at improver/ intermediate level cross body salsa dancers ( usually 6 to 12 months dancing experience),  no beginners please.
Class open to non Latin Quarter dance students too.

8.15-11pm – latin music for dancing (mixed)

NEW Beginners Cross Body Style Salsa, classes start tues 7th may, 6.15-7.05pm, at The Deaf Hub, Old Mill, 23, Brown St, Dundee. 10 week block pass £35, or £5 per class weekly. Can join first 2 weeks only. Please come 10 min early to register & pay. Classes are progressive, no partner necessary, anyone welcome. Email – LQsalsadundee@gmail.com for places or more info.

Bachata class & Thanks

This tuesday will be an extra ( and last before classes break) Improvers Bachata class at the Deaf Hub – @ 6.15pm, £4.  Other 2 salsa classes running as usual.

Also BIG thanks to everyone who came to the Bachata Rueda class & LQ social last tuesday we raised £135 (after room hire excluded) for the Azul Wasi project in Peru.

Improvers Bachata(partnerwork) -usual class – 6.30pm ( instead of 6.15pm) – £5
Rueda de Bachata workshop – 7.15-8.15pm- this is our first time trying this, it’s bachata in a circle where you change partners. Should be fun ! ( you need some bachata basic experience for this workshop- not suitable for beginners)- £5

Social dancing ( salsa, bachata (& a little kizomba on request)) – £3,
8.15-10.30pm, pay on door.

Combo entry – Bachata rueda class & social £6.

All money raised for Azul Wasi project in Peru as usual.
Will be a bar and a raffle during the social, prizes gratefully received.

BIG thanks

Big thanks to everyone who came last night to AFROBEATS. With special thanks to Alessio for the mens shines class and to Alessio & Lorenzo for the animations which were great fun ! We raised £105 for the Azul Wasi project in Peru (after outgoings). Many thanks to Howard too at Afrobeats for providing us with the venue.

Please note slight change to programme for this Wednesday @ Afrobeats, unfortunately Massimo is unable to teach the mens shine class but will be joining us for the social dancing later. Alessio has kindly stepped in at short notice to teach the mens shines class (many thanks Alessio). Remember there are animations (line ups) too in the social and our 3 Italian ballerini (Massimo, Alessio & Lorenzo) will be joining us on the dance floor in the social !  Hope you can make it.

Tuesday 26th March – Cuban partner work class and styling with Sarah & Massimo @ The Deaf Hub 8.15pm, £4. Open to anyone with Improver level or above Cuban Salsa dance experience (Class not for beginners). Money raised for the Azul Wasi project.

Also remember we are at Afrobeats on Wed 27th too, 7pm to 10.30pm ( social starts at 8.30pm after classes).
