LATIN QUARTER SPICE NIGHT – Fri 1st April

Spice up your life at Latin Quarter, come along to support the Azul Wasi street childrens project in Peru and see African drumming with the fantastic AFRODISIAC playing West African rhythms, including the occasional bit of singing and dancing too. We also have Flamenco dancing with fabulous FLAMENCO JUEVES and try a Salsa beginners class ( 8.15pm). Also Latin music for dancing inbetween performances. All for £5/ £4 ( stu), pay on the door, Raffle too. At The Chamber Suite, Panmure St, Dundee DD1 1ED. Doors open at 8pm, on till 12.30am. 2 NEW beginners salsa classes, 2 different styles, Entry to new beginners classes only in first 2 weeks or starting to join. Please come 10 min early for first class to register. See classses page on website for directions .
1) Chamber Suite classes in NEW YEAR.
Classes start Tue 18th Jan at Chamber Suite, Panmure St, Dundee ( behind McManus galleries).
NEW Beginners 10 week class Cuban style salsa 6.45-7.30pm (this will lead onto learning the Cuban wheel dance, Rueda).
Improvers/intermediate cross body salsa class 7.30-8.15pm
Cuban Rueda Improvers/ Intermed class 8.15-9.15pm
Beginners Cuban class course £25 for 10 week block ( pay for block at 1st or 2nd Class), or £4 per class paid weekly. Other 2 classes £4 per class, or multi- class deal £15 for 5 classes if paid in advance per class course.
