SALSA NIGHT 3rd friday of the month in Bannockburn – This Friday 21st September 2012, 9.30-1am.

ALSO  Cuban Dance Scotland – HALLOWEEN SALSA WEEKEND & SUNDAY FIESTA – 27th-28th October 2012 in Glasgow.  Over 20 hours of workshops from some of the best dancers & teachers of Cuban Salsa, Reggaeton, Folklore and Rueda, with performances and animation at the Sunday night party (and buffet).

Tickets for the weekend workshops are £45, day passes available nearer time, individual classes – £8 but classes will be busy and priority will be given to those with full weekend workshop Passes.  Some teachers – Etian Antuche Almeida of Havana Rakatan up from London for his teaching debut in Scotland, and Rafael del Busto – twice world salsa champion coming over to the UK to teach in Scotland for the first time in years. Classes run from 11-4pm both days at the 212 club (74 Buchanan St., Glasgow. G13HA) centre of Glasgow.  On Sunday night – evening of shows, animation, competition and dancing at Classic Grand (18 Jamaica street, G1 4QD Glasgow) with HALLOWEEN SUNDAY SALSA FIESTA & BUFFET. Kicking off at 6.30pm, music from Tumbao and special guest DJ Flecha – from Havana’s Casa de la Musica.
