Many thanks Thiru for your very interesting session about Spiritualism and meditation last night we raised £60 for the Azul Wasi project which is great.

Will send details about how to donate, the zoom link and your list of ingredients so you have time to get them. We will start with a 40 min zoom class, may need a little bit extra time but you can click on the same link again if we need. Please share this to pass the word if you can.
Suggested donations for the zoom events are £ 4 – £5 each, but if people want to donate less or more that’s fine. We’re aware people are all in different circumstances financially at present. As usual all donations go to the Azul Wasi project in Peru.
